📍 Event Details

To make it easy, please view the map above showing the parking area, food sorter registration, and the entrance/traffic flow for delivery drivers.

🕒 Schedule

7:00 a.m. – Food Sorting & Box Packing

• Volunteers, please arrive a few minutes early and head to the check-in station.
• Together, we'll sort and pack food into boxes for delivery.

9:00 a.m. – Delivery Drivers Begin Pickups

• Families delivering meals can arrive anytime between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m.
• You don't need to rush to arrive right at 9:00! In fact, if some people arrive closer to 9:30 or 10:00, it helps us avoid a big 9:00 backup.
• Simply drive up to receive your box and the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the families you'll be delivering to.

🚗 Delivery Instructions

Each delivery driver family will receive a box filled with:

• 20-lb turkey (with a turkey pan!)
• Potatoes, gravy mix, stuffing, vegetables, rolls, fruit
• Butter, pumpkin pie, & whipped cream
• Recipient family address and phone number

Here's how to ensure a smooth delivery:

1. Call or text the family before heading their way to confirm your arrival.
2. Ask for help loading or unloading if the box is too heavy. Don't worry—we'll have some strong hockey players on hand to assist with loading.
